Served as CEO and Artistic Director of the Gesher Multicultural Film Fund (2005–2025), shaping it into one of Israel’s leading film organizations, supporting diverse filmmakers and promoting stories with social and cultural impact. Recognized with the German-Israeli Future Forum Award (2018) and the Minister of Higher Education Award for Artists in Jewish Culture (2020).
Founded and led the Drama Department at the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation (2017). Prior to that, established and managed Ziv Naveh Productions, producing and directing numerous films and television series. Initiated a documentary archive on immigration to Israel. Served as Executive Producer of the Jerusalem International Film Festival and founder of Musica Sancta, focused on researching and documenting liturgical music from Israel.
Currently consulting on development and strategy for GMFF and continues to consult, mentor, and collaborate with creators and institutions.
